These terms govern your use of REVidFlow (“we,” “our,” or “the service”). By creating an account or generating a video, you agree to them.
What the service does
REVidFlow turns the listing photos and descriptive text you supply into short promotional videos. The output is produced by automated pipelines that combine photo classification, AI-written voiceover scripts, synthesised speech, captions, and optional avatar animation.
Who can use it
REVidFlow is intended for licensed real-estate professionals and the teams that support them. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by the listing owner (or your brokerage) to market the property whose photos you upload.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the rights to every photo, description, and piece of listing content you upload or link to. You will not upload material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy.
- You will not use the service to produce misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful content. Generated videos must remain truthful representations of the property they advertise.
- You will not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or use it to send spam or harass anyone.
- You are responsible for the actions of anyone who uses your account.
Your content stays yours
You retain ownership of the photos, listings, and videos that pass through the service. By using REVidFlow, you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you (including sending it to the third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy).
AI-generated output
Voiceover scripts, captions, and avatar clips are produced by AI models. You are responsible for reviewing the script before approving a render and for the accuracy of any factual claim in the final video. We give you an explicit approval step so you can edit the script before any audio is generated.
Plans, fees, and refunds
Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance through our payment processor. Plan limits (such as “videos per week”) are enforced automatically. Unused allowance does not carry over between billing periods. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If something goes wrong on our end and you believe a refund is warranted, please reach out and we will consider it case by case.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Renders may occasionally fail due to upstream provider issues or content that our partners cannot process; in those cases we will not consume your plan allowance for the failed render.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD 100, whichever is greater.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
