REVidFlow (“we,” “our,” or “the service”) helps real-estate agents turn listing photos into short cinematic videos. This page describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and a unique account identifier when you sign up through our authentication provider.
- Listing content you provide: photos you upload, listing URLs you paste, descriptions you enter, and any edits you make to the auto-generated script. This is the working material for the videos we render.
- Generated output: the voiceover audio, captions, optional talking-head avatar clips, and final video files produced for you.
- Usage information: the jobs you create, the steps each job has completed, and timestamps. We use these to operate, debug, and improve the service.
- Billing information (when applicable): if and when you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor handles your card details on its own servers. We receive a customer identifier and the status of your subscription — never your card number.
How we use it
- To generate the listing videos you ask us to make.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
- To respond to support requests and send service-related email (e.g. “your video is ready”).
- To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your listing photos to train third-party models.
Third parties we rely on
Generating a video involves sending the relevant material to specialised services. Each provider receives only what is needed for its step and is contractually obligated to handle data securely:
- Authentication: Clerk — manages sign-in and account identity.
- AI text and image analysis: Anthropic (Claude) — classifies photos and drafts the voiceover script.
- Voiceover: ElevenLabs — synthesises the spoken audio from the approved script.
- Captions: Speechmatics — produces word-level timing for the on-screen captions.
- Talking-head avatar (optional): HeyGen — animates your uploaded photo to match the voiceover.
- Email delivery: Resend — sends transactional email such as render-ready notifications.
- Payments (when applicable): Stripe — handles subscriptions and card processing.
- Hosting: Hetzner Cloud — runs the application and stores your files in encrypted form.
How long we keep your data
- Account data: retained for the lifetime of your account, plus a short period after deletion for backup rotation (up to 30 days).
- Listing assets and rendered videos: retained while your account is active. We may automatically clean up source files older than 30 days from finished jobs.
- Billing records: retained as required by tax and accounting law.
Security
Data in transit is protected with TLS. Data at rest sits on encrypted disks in our hosting provider’s data centre. We follow least-privilege access for our own team. No system is perfectly secure — if we ever detect a breach that affects you, we will notify you promptly.
Your choices
- Access, correct, or export your data — email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
- Delete your account — email us and we will erase your account-linked data, except where law requires retention (e.g. tax records).
- Stop receiving service emails — reply “unsubscribe” to any notification, or reach out directly.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
Children
REVidFlow is for licensed real-estate professionals. The service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make a meaningful change to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
