This Terms of Service ("Terms") is a legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, "User") and Revidflow, a software product owned and operated by Revidflow ("Revidflow", "we", "us" or "our"). This agreement governs your access to and use of the Revidflow products review system ("Services").
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you are not authorized to use our Services.
2. Scope of Services
Revidflow provides a products review system to Webflow e-commerce websites, where customers can review products and website owners can manage them easily. We do not offer any other services.
3. User Account
To use the Services, you must create an account and provide certain information about yourself. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process, and to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete.
4. User Conduct
You agree that you will not use the Services in any manner that: (i) is unlawful or promotes illegal activities; (ii) infringes on the rights of others; or (iii) is defamatory or obscene. You also agree to not abuse the Services, or use it in a way that negatively impacts Revidflow or other users.
5. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we do so, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the new Terms become effective indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to the modified Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Revidflow and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate these Terms or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
